Take Your Child to the Library Day is February 3

Rodman Public Library encourages all caregivers to bring their little ones in for a visit on Saturday, February 3, which is Take Your Child to the Library Day.

During an open house between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., kids will be able to find their favorite storybook characters during a scavenger hunt in the children’s area, play a game of Spot the Difference, spin the prize wheel, and collect a take home craft.

No registration is required to take part in that fun.

At 2 p.m., kids can play BINGO in the children’s area and children’s prizes will be awarded to the winners. Only children will be given BINGO cards.

BINGO is free, however, space is limited and children must be registered.

If you haven’t been to the library in a while, Take Your Child to the Library Day is a perfect time to stop in and discover everything your local library has to offer every member of the family, no matter what their age.
