Maker Monday crafters will create a bunny bookmark when they meet Monday, March 21 at 7 p.m. in Rodman Public Library’s Main Auditorium.
All children, ages 7-12, are invited to Rodman Public Library at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 10 to make a paper shamrock wreath.
Kids Crafting programs are held monthly and all materials are provided by the Friends of Rodman Library. Space is limited and registration is required via our online calendar or by calling the Children’s Department at 330-821-2665, ext. 223.
Calling all teen writers: Rodman Public Library wants to read your work.
Any teen, ages 12-18, can submit one (1) short story for the contest, but the teen must be able to come into the Main Library to pick up their prize, which will include a $25 Amazon gift card for first place and a $10 gift card for the runner-up. Every teen who enters the contest will receive a free book.
Children, ages 8-12, are invited to Rodman Public Library at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21 to make a glass fusion suncatcher. Troy Myers from Hot Pots Kids will instruct children on how to make the craft during the free program that is sponsored by Friends of Rodman Public Library. Space is limited and registration is required.
